Cynthia Storms

Cynthia Storms, 61, of Freeman passed away on Sept. 12th at her home under hospice care. No services are currently being planned.

Cynthia Storms was born on June 9, 1962, to Hugo and Dana Blaas in Altus, Oklahoma. She married Hugh Storms on June 13, 1981. Together they had five children, Melissa, Braden, Hannah, Kristen, and Chase.

Cynthia enjoyed rock hunting, collecting diamond paintings, long drives, camping, swimming, enjoying nature, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She always found the beauty in life. Her spunky nature and great sense of humor made her unforgettable to those she spoke to, even if only for a few words. She had a contagious laugh and always had a smile on her face.

She is survived by her daughters; Melissa (Brian) King, Hannah (Adam) Guthrie, Kristen Storms, son; Braden Storms, brother: Greg Blaas, grandson: Aiden Storms (son of Kristen).

She was preceded in death by her parents, a son Chase Storms, and a granddaughter Sophia Rae Storms.
