Arden J. Becker

Arden J. Becker, 88, of Freeman, South Dakota passed away peacefully on September 9, 2025 at home under hospice care. Arden had recently been diagnosed with metastatic liver cancer and his wish to remain in his home was honored, where he was lovingly cared for by his wife and daughters. Visitation and viewing will be held at Walter's Funeral Home in Freeman on Saturday, September 13, from 5-7pm, with a prayer service at 7 pm. A private family burial will be held at the Schartner Mennonite Cemetery. A full notice will be forthcoming.
